We combine simple, natural ingredients like organic spelt flour, organic fresh milk, dried fig pieces, and our unique sourdough, which is fermented for 16 hours before each batch is made. These crispbreads are baked to perfection until golden and crisp, making them the ideal companion for a rich, salty blue cheese.
