Our Award-Winning Blue Stilton® is meticulously handcrafted using traditional methods, adhering to the standards set by the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and the Certification Trademark (CTM). These designations, governed by the Stilton Cheesemakers Association (SCMA), ensure that Stilton® cheese is produced exclusively in the counties of Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and Derbyshire, using milk sourced from these regions.
Each batch of Blue Stilton® undergoes a careful process of hand selection and grading before it leaves the dairy, guaranteeing that the cheese meets the high standards for which Long Clawson's Blue Stilton® is renowned.
