Tasting Notes:
This Prosecco Rosé offers a fresh and delicately fruity experience, with enticing red berry and floral aromas. On the palate, it is lively, featuring ripe strawberry flavours and a clean, refreshing finish. Sourced from selected parcels of Glera grapes grown northeast of Treviso, and complemented with 10% Pinot Noir from the DOC region, adding both colour and depth of flavour. The grapes are hand-harvested at their peak of ripeness, ensuring an ideal balance between aromatics and refreshing acidity.
