The “Old Dutch” is our best-selling cheese. A versatile cheese, with lots of flavour and a creamy but strong taste. Matured for 14 months with salt-like crystals that have developed during the natural process of maturing the cheese. The Old Dutch is perfect to use on a cheese board, grating, sandwiches, and cooking, and pairs well with a nice glass of wine or a cold beer.
