Truffle Gouda is medium matured, it is a very creamy cheese and has a distinctive taste. It is made with chopped pieces of black summer truffles. Due to its 6 weeks aging process, the truffle and cheese are perfectly balanced. Truffle cheese is perfect to serve as a snack but also very suitable for culinary adventures, for instance, grated over any kind of dish.
